The Role You'll Play :

The Senior Software QA Analyst plays a key role in rapidly growing business environment through technology by ensuring Client’s business needs are of high quality and exceed our customer and end-user expectations. As a Senior QA Analyst you will be responsible for QA planning, and leading efforts of complete daily QA tasks, functional test coverage as well as provide tool and process support for end to end testing. This includes creating, validating, and maintaining test scripts using defined tools. The Sr. QA analyst will apply proven analytical skills and business knowledge to ensure proper integration of business requirements and application functionality that is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years of software testing experience with minimum 2 years as a senior/lead QA role
  • Recent working experience with testing an enterprise web based applications an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Hands on testing experience within a whole range of functional testing including requirement testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing both manual and automated testing
  • Proficiency in developing test plans and strategies and can lead test execution activities for projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Hands-on experience with white and black box testing
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of functional and non-functional testing and a track record of innovation in testing
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Working experience with Selenium, and other automated testing or source control tools such as: Jenkins, Cucumber, JUnit, JMeter, TeamCity, etc.
  • Talent in testing risks within projects and recommending ways to mitigate them
  • Ability to accomplish complicated projects under tight schedules and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English is a must (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Comfortable in presenting suggestions for change and or improving work flow
  • Strong leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience in working with HCM/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably within the Oracle application solution set for HCM
  • Experience across one or multiple Oracle HCM Modules – Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, etc.
  • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
  • Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
  • Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
